Introduction

~Why I'm making this guide

I've only seen a couple of jungle Galios, so it's something I wanted to try for a while (I'm a closet hipster) and to my horror, I saw that there were no comprehensive Galio guides!
I figured that maybe it was just because jungle Galio was bad - so I tried him out.

I really like jungle Galio. His ganks after level 6 are INSANE, and even before level 6 his ganks are pretty strong with constant CC if you can land your Q. He is near-invincible lategame, and the teamfight potential in INSANE.

When Should I Pick Jungle Galio?

Is every champion on the enemy team AP?

Pick Galio.

Are most of the champions on the enemy team AP?

Pick Galio.

Do the enemy team have any AP at all?

Pick Galio.

I REALLY like jungle Galio.

You'll want to max Q>W>E and ult when available.

~An explanation~

HOW DOES MY Q WORK???
Well, you're going to want to aim it just infront of where your target is heading. It has a fairly large area and does damage and slows.

HOW DOES MY W WORK???
Well, you're going to want to use it on whoever's taking damage (just not minions), you get healed for every time they get hit, and they amount of health restored for each hit gradually reduces (until you shield again).

HOW DOES MY E WORK???
Well, you're going to want to use it to catch up to people, it doesn't do a great deal of damage, so just try to use it for speed (any damage is a bonus).

HOW DOES MY R WORK???
Well, you're going to want to use it in the middle of the enemy team, to taunt as many of them as possible. Try to shield yourself to take less damage from their auto attacks. The damage it does scales with the amount of auto-attacks you tank during the ultimate.

Jungle Route

You'll want to take the route that you would with most AP junglers.
>Gromp (Smite)
>Blue
>Red (Smite when it comes up)
>Look for ganks and farm camps while you wait for enemies to push

Ganking

When ganking I tend to use my E first to catch up to the enemy (it's bonus damage, but don't worry to much about hitting them with it), then you'll want to keep them slowed with your Q. If you have your ult and you REALLY want the gank to succeed - go for it!

Teamfights

Galio excels in teamfights. You'll want to flash in, shield yourself, and ult to try and catch the entire enemy team if possible. Once you've ulted you'll want to be spamming your W on whomever is taking the most damage on your team and spamming Q and E on whomever on the enemy team is doing the most damage/is the squishiest.
