Jungle Jhin is a really fun build that takes a rocky first 5 minutes and turns you into a late game force of nature. being a utility marksman you can be usefull even without autoattacking, you can effect lanes and fights from really far away and make up for most of the shortcomings of a team. taking this into junglers that dont have much dueling power you can be really stupidly strong.

Heres a few important things to know when you go jungle jhin,

First; you start raptors with 3 pots, you dont really need refillables after warrior enchantment.

Second, you spam "gank" with your w while you clear camps, for most lanes theres a camp close enough that you can farm and fire w for roots at the same time.

Third, Have fun, its jungle jhin, cmon

The really great thing about Jhin jungle is that you dont need a leash to start. to start raptors tyou instantly put a point in e as the game begins, buy items and leave the fountain. you run straight towards pixel bush and place a trap in raptor pit on the way, you then ward pixel bush and go back to raptor pit. place your second trap. this way you can see any invade coming and farm your raptors in safety. place your third trap making sure all the traps are stacked on eachother perfectly, dont have them spread. the camp will then spawm and you AA one of the small raptors one by one, once you get every one move on to the big raptor, make sure to herd the raptors into your traps when they activate. place your last trap as soons as its up and you should get the camp pretty easy after that.

for red you just need to kite the camp like normal and the same for crugs or wolves depending on what side of the map you want to be, after that go for scuttle crab or gank and get level 3, then back if red side clear, or take blue and gromp for blue into red. after that you should have a fairly safe time taking camps and objectives.
