Introduction
Pros:
- High damage output will make you essential in team fights and a feared lane opponent.
- Almost guaranteed first blood.
- Quite likely to make you laugh at rage-quitting enemies.
Cons:
- Makes Annie ultra squishy early game(and therefore a bit harder to pull off).
- Relies on good teamwork and cooperation.

For Runes you are going to go full AP to ensure high burst damage potential. I would always recommend to buy a few Tier 1 Runes, skip Tier 2 and save up for Tier 3 when closing the distance to that goal. Feel free to change, mix around and try different things; you might find something better.
You start the game with a Doran's Ring and go straight to mid. Return at level 6 and build towards Rod of Ages, but also buy a ward or two, wich helps avoid ganks. After Rod 'o Ages, buy boots. Time to go hunt some enemies :D . After Rod star building towards a Rabadon's, the Ap will make you alot more powerful. if you find yourself at base again and don't have enough for the needlessly large Rod, feel free to upgrade your boots instead. If you do have enough, upgrade your boots after. Your next item is going to be a Deathfire Grasp(try to farm alot before and after teamfights, it will speed up the process). If you and your team haven't won yet, build a Morellonomicon(this will give you extra AP and cdr and is good for its passive, wich helps you clean up teamfights). Still not won? Buy a needlessly large Rod. Still not? upgrade to Rabadon's :D . After that, do whatever the hell you want.
Flash: Useful, especially with Annie. Your earyl squishyness will make you prone to ganks, which is where Flash comes into the fray. using Flash has saved many a champions arse and is also good when employed offencivley.
Ignite: What is to say about Ignite? Ignite is a damge over time spell, useful for finishing off enemies on low health.
Clarity(optional): You pwn your lane like a boss? Never get caught up in ganks, but find yourself burning mana too quickly? Then clarity is for you: Giving a little mana might help you finish off a enemy with a combo or support teammates in combat with low mana.
Heal(optional): Get hurt alot? Find yourself just before the final strike and see your health drop to zero? Get Heal. Heal is a Spell used to heal champions for a certain amount of life(depending on level). Also useful in turning what seems to be a lost teamfight into a Penta.
