Hello guys, im currently a Katarina main and i play a lot of midlane champions in general... Today i bring you an Katarina guide for all of you who wanna learn or wanna catch up on this beast of a champion, Lets break down the abilities of this champ.

First off we have her passive: Voracity
With her abilities Katarina throws out daggers which land on the ground. When Katarina picks up a dagger Katarina spins around in a circle (you can move doring this period, you are not forced to stay in place) dealing magic damage.
This ability scales with AP and it is her main damaging ability.
When a champion who has died within 3 seconds of being damaged by Katarina, Katarina`s cooldowns get reduced by 15 seconds. That makes her pop off in teamfightsas all of her abilities become spammable in teamfights as long as people die.

Onto her Q: Bouncing Blade
Katarina throws out a dagger that bounces 3 times and falls on the ground in the direction opposite of the last enemy/minion hit.
the tip here is that if you throw your q directly on the opponent you will get minion aggro, when you wanna q your opponrnt q a minion first so that it bounces on the opponent, no aggro.

Now we have the W: Preperation
Katarina throws an dagger into the air exactly above her.
Yea that`s kinda all there is to it XD, you can use this ability to prepare an escape route after a dive or a short trade.

Her famous E: Shunpo
Am i the only one who feels like im speaking Japanese while saying this ability`s name?
E is an instant blink to anything targetable, if Katarina picks up a dagger while her e is on cooldown her e cooldown refreshes too, thats her passive. Also, Katarina main attacks anything she uses her e on. After 2 or 3 points put into e Katarina`s e instantly refreshes when she picks up a dagger.
Katarina E can be used to jump to these things: Enemy minions/champions, ally minions/champions, Honey fruits (green fruits in the river that can heal you if attacked and collected), blast cones (Red fruits on the map that jump champions in a chosen direction), and vision fruits (blue fruits next to baron and drake pit used for vision). And also one more tip, if you have a dagger on the ground and an emeby is near it, dash to the enemy, you deal more dmg and still get the dagger anyway.

And finally, Katarina`s ultimate: Death Lotus
Katarina stops still and starts spinning in a circle throwing daggers at the closest 3 enemies to her. The daggers on Katarina`s ultimate do not drop on the ground. Keep in mind her ultimate is a channel and can be stopped by CC effects, and it applies Grevious Wounds to enemies hit by 3 or more daggers.

After all that talk that sure didn`t take a lot to write in my own words, it`s time for the combos!
AA stands for auto attacks
The normal trade combo (at lvl 2) with electrocute is: AA E AA (electrocute proc)
Electro lvl 3+ : Q E W AA (electrocute proc)
LVL 6+ ULT COMBOS FOR KILLS
Q E W R (Ignite if possible before ult)
E W AA R
variation of this combo above and when to use this variation
E W AA R Q E AA you should use this when an enemy flashes from your ult or starts running away
how to execute the said combo, E onto an enemy W for E reset and dmg do ult and when they are at the very edge of ult then throw Q and E
