Tip´s
In all Item builds i use tear because with the Upgraded Manamune your burst on you Q is insane.
In laning you have to use the 3. Bushes on Top because of your Passiv.
LVL1-2. Trade with Q+AA(with passiv), then at lvl 2 you can engage with Leap and slow him with Unseen Threat, then hit you Q when he is isolated.
Be sure that you passiv (Unseen Threat) is up 24/7.
