Jungle Path
Blue - Scuttle - Gramp / Blue - Gramp - Scuttle:
Kha'zix is good against these camps because they are isolated and he will do double damage with his Q. You can either take Gramp or Scuttle first depending on how quick you took blue and if your enemy jungler started on the same side as you. If you think the enemy jungler is going to go for the same scuttle, try and take it before they do. If you finish blue pretty quickly, you can take Gramp before you take Scuttle.
Steal Blue - Scuttle - Red:
This path is good if your enemy jungler goes Red. After you take Red, you can either take Krugs, Wolves, or gank.

Runes
Dark Harvest: This is what I prefer as a keystone. This is the best burst.
Electrocute: This can also be good. It's all just preference.
Phase Rush: This can be used for movement speed. I dislike it because you can't
do as much damage.
Sudden Impact: This can be used with your E and R giving you even more burst.
Taste of Blood: This is good when you want more sustainability and team fighting
Eyeball Collection: Gives you more AD which is good.
Ghost Poro/Zombie Ward: Only good if you want extra vision. If you do take this start with the red trinket.
Relentless Hunter: This is good for roaming.
Ravenous Hunter: Good for dueling. Kha'zix already has enough burst, so I usually go with Relentless Hunter.
Electrocute: This can also be good. It's all just preference.
