YOUR EMPOWERED E GIVES YOU A TON OF MS.
Don't be afraid to use your E then immediately recast it just so you can W that juicy 10% hp jhin 1k gold shutdown.
Only use this when you know you wont need your E to cancel out some sort of burst(PYKE ULT, SYNDRA R, VEIGAR R, KARTHUS ULT...)

WHY PLAY SPARTAN JG?
Pantheon is pretty much broken with this bruiser build in jg, you have decent clear, good gank potential, good fighting capabilites and the most broken thing is his E (especially early game.
You should be able to pretty much 1v9, control the whole map and dominate low elo.
In higher elo he is still pretty broken, his R gives him so much room for outplays and objective timing/stealing.
