The POWER of w.

Lee sins w is the main reason for building AP. When you have a few ap items your w becomes a shen ult. Nuff said ;) Plus Ult and q are still powerful with this build.

Farming

With the shield of your ap w you can easily w into minions and last hit without worrying about taking damage.

Pros / Cons

Pros
-Safeguard W is amazing and can save your adc in fights.
-Safeguard gives great spell vamp and you will notice that you get almost as much health back from basic attacking as the commonly seen ravenous build.
-Q and ult do reasonable damage still.
-Great tankyness

Cons
- E does nothing. It slows ;)
-When out of energy you are ****ed.

Runes

Ap and tank runes. If you are knowledgeable enough to try something new I am sure you can figure out an AP tank rune page. Masteries are the same but i tend to go 16 offense 14 defence
