After you get Stalker's blade you can dominate the early game.
Get boots of mobility for the pressure on the map.
Get Sightstone to be able to ward hop frequesntly.
Get Black cleaver for the cooldown and armor shred.
DMP let's you get kicks easier and force fights.
Banshee's protects you against CC whilst going in.
Routes
Then head to your nearest buff.
Then go to a camp to get lvl 3.
TRY NOT TO USE ANY POTIONS
After backing take the top lane buff and look for a gank.
