One of the most important things I learned about Annie is that you're guaranteed a kill at level 6 as long as your opponent didn't take barrier/cleanse and their HP is around 90% or lower. This is why it's very important that you don't try to force anything before you hit level 6. You already have an advantage so don't blow it.
