Laninng is all about squeezing out advanatages where you can such as trades, cs or xp. -With twitch you can use your Q (Ambush) to get lane prio and also zone off the enemy
bot lane.
-You want to alwasy to try and back on a canon wave so you do not miss to
much xp or cs if the enemy pushes it while you base.
-If you are looking to back, w the wave and auto the minions try ping support to
also hit then e to get the wave into tower.
-After you get Bork (Blade Of The Ruined King) you can look for all in as its a big
spike and your damage is very high with R and it's also every hard for the enemy
ADC to get away if you have both your flash and ghost up.
-On backs you can also look for mid roams with Q if your wave is in a really bad
spot and you can't fix it without dying or it's good enough that you will onmly
lose a few cs for the roam.

When you get to mid game you should have Bork and Runaans and if you are ahead or farmed well close to IE. This is where you should also not be bot lane anymore.
-You want to be always looking at map and making sure you know where or where abouts
enemy champs are, knowing this you can open up on alone targets that you know you can
1v1 or make back giving your team map advanatage.\
-Don't always look for someone to open up on still CS and farm for items and map
pressure, you can always shove lanes and move to sides and look to catch out people
with Q (ambush)

Very rarely in this meta do games go to late game where you are full build but in this case you just shred everyone insight. But just keep in mind you are a little rat. You might kill easily but you can also die pretty easily.
-Always watch the map
-Try to keep in mind of cooldowns, well the important ones anyway for example
malphite ult, orianna ult and rakan etc.
-Other than that you pretty much just ultimate team fight adc when you have R up.
