Starting and mid game(late game is like normal lucian)

Well... i pref mid lane for this build but if you desire you can go solo or adc too

Lucian at meta known as "massive damage to single target and mid level damage to around"

well... passive says "attacks twice"...then i wonder "what about runaan?"
i decided check... it work... but didnt dealt enought damage to carry game... then i tried add statikk to build

result:Great area damage wich ad + magic

+ sides of build:
+massive area damage
+Good atack speed wich buffing up ulti
+great mid game and good late game

- sidef of build:
-lacs of eary power
-Harder to play than usual
-not enought damage at short battles
-if fail easly out played

strategy?
at start be passive and poke enemy much you can... dont be offansive until enemy do mistake because we got disadvantage aganist most of picks

after you complate statik and runaan just lika all adc tactics keep your distance

spell cast order:
1-W 2-Oto atak 3-E 4 Oto atak 5-Q 6-oto atak 7-R

or
1-E 2-Oto atak 3-W 4-Oto atak 5-Q 6-Oto atak 7-R (and keep doing that :D)

you can change place of order of R if enemy get out of your oto atak range

anyting more? well everyting other is lika simple lucian keep your distance and hit much as you can... i am not prof guider and this thing is just item build with some explation
