Miss Fortune has one of the highest damage outputs as an AD Carry. The downside to such high damage output is the low defense and utility. Miss Fortune has one of the best laning phases of all AD carries, her ability to bully her opponent and farm at the same time with (Q) Double Up. Using her strong damage to quickly take objectives and push minion waves. Miss Fortune also uses (W) Impure Shot to debuff the heal of a support, summoner spell, or even health potions by applying grievous wounds. (R) Bullet Time is a very overwhelming AoE ability when timed well with AoE CC. Decent mobility with (P) Strut, but makes you a vulnerable target to get picked off.

Alright here's my explanation of the items I have selected. First off the first completed item is Executioner's Calling, the reason behind this is simply this; Executioner's Calling limits target life steal. This helps in early ganking situations and dueling against opponent AD carry or jungle. Once completing Blood Thirster, Miss Fortune becomes very potent and begins to snowball very fast against the enemy bot lane. After laning phase the next item to complete would be Black Cleaver. Like most AD carries, Miss Fortune is very squishy so the health is decent. The real reason for The Black Cleaver is, like the title says "melting armor", for the armor penetration for your entire team not just Miss Fortune. This item will have a huge impact on team fights. Infinity Edge for more damage and crit. The 5th item should be Last whisper. I know some people think "Is he really building Last Whisper on top of The Black Cleaver?" and the answer is yes. Late game most teams have some armor build; so yes Black Cleaver gets rid of 25% of it but Last whisper makes it seem as if they didn't have armor at all. Guardian angel to stay alive as long as possible to help the team.
