Ahri is a pretty large threat to you since you can't proc your passive on her without eating a charm, which can easily lead to your death. My advice is to either get your jungler to gank her early or shove her in and roam bot. Always be on the lookout for if she's missing so you can notify your laners!
Akali
Pretty easy matchup for Lux. Lux can harass her safely if she stays in the minion wave, as her E is her way of bursting you. If she shrouds, stay far away from it so she cant chip away at you while in it. Shove her in post-6 so she can't roam. Make sure you ping your laners if she's gone!
Anivia
Hard matchup for Lux, as Anivia has a fair amount of kill potential on Lux while being really difficult for Lux to kill herself. If you can, try to get an early gank against her so she doesn't have much pressure against you post-6. If she walls behind you, be ready to dodge her Q or even just flash as that might be life or death. Post-6 you cant match her waveclear so try to stay farmed up. It is okay to miss a wave or two to roam while she pushes!
Annie
Skill matchup for the most part, but the junglers also play a major factor as both of you are immobile as heck and will die if you get CC'd. Take cleanse against her so if she flash stuns you, you can get out before she bursts you down. Poke her with E often but only go for the passive proc if she recently Q'd a minion or doesn't have stun up or almost ready.
Aurelion Sol
Don't trade with him at level 1! It is important to never have extended trades with ASol, as he does way more DPS than you. Just get 1-2 abilities and auto attacks in and then get out before he can retaliate with his W. He will get a little bit tanky due to his build path so it will be hard to burst him in the midgame. Always notify laners if he is gone!
Azir
Really hard for Lux. One of the rare cases where you get outranged and outpoked. Your best bet is to shove him in as much as you can (especially if he just used his abilities to poke you and cant waveclear) and roam! Always remember to ward against him, as his ult can gauruntee your death in a gank.
Brand
Be ready to dodge his W in lane and then retaliate. Get your jungler to gank him early and try not to fight post-6 as he can blow you up easily (even if you dodge his skillshots) if he has ignite and ult up.
Cassiopeia
Harass her with E as much as you can, but avoid getting hit by her Q as you will surely lose the trade if she lands it. Poking is the key to versing Cassiopeia and if you are good at it you will win.
Diana
Get your jungler to gank her early and harass and shove her as much as you can pre-6. Once she hits level 6 DO NOT GO FOR TRADES WITH HER as she can easily win no matter how far behind she is. Once she hits 6 you need to shove her in as much as you can and always be ready to dodge her Q. Only use your bind if it is a gaurunteed hit, otherwise you have no way of defending against her and she will kill you. Never push up against her and roam if possible.
Ekko
Take ignite and harass him CONSTANTLY early. You can easily kill him pre-6 if you do a good enough job harassing him and you land everything. Once he hits 6 you should just shove him in and harass, but do not go for trades. If he is low enough you can look for a bind and combo him, but you cannot kill him post-6 if you do not hit your bind. Always look for him casting his W and don't push up!
Fizz
Stay far back starting at level two and never get in range of him. Just farm safely and the only time you should be trying to interact with him is if you're getting a gank. If he lands his fish it is 90% of the time a gaurunteed kill so be ready to dodge it. Take exhaust against him and play far back at all times. You can't kill him unless he messes up his E so don't try being aggressive. If you land your Q on him pre-6 then quickly do a Q>AA>E>AA combo and get out ASAP. Post-6 the most you can do is E him and walk away as he isn't stunned and can still use his ultimate on you. Ward and freeze the lane, and be ready to ping if he's gone.
Galio
Take cleanse against him and avoid trading with him. Just poke him and waveclear. You cannot kill him unless he massively messes up so don't try to be aggressive. Always be ready to cleanse if he flash W's you, as he will get a gaurunteed E if you do not react quick enough which will be death in a gank. Pay attention to his ultimate status and shove the wave if he roams (you cant match his roams so don't try.)
Gragas
Rare to see mid but he has really high kill potential against you at all stages of the laning phase. Don't trade with him, freeze the wave and ward. If he flash E's you then immediately flash away from him before he can ult.
Heimerdinger
Annoying but can't really kill you unless you play aggressive. Try to avoid getting shoved in and get your jungler to gank him as much as you can.
Jayce
Really hard matchup for you as he HURTS early and basically automatically wins if he buys hexdrinker. You can't really dodge his EQ (unless he misses) so just try to farm safely and avoid being ganked. You roam better than he does so use that to your advantage. Do not tilt if his CS score is way higher than yours, as that is probably going to happen in this matchup.
Karma
You can't really kill her but she is most likely going to get a lot of ganks as she has a point and click W that you cannot avoid. Her waveclear isn't that good so shove her in and make sure you ward constantly and play safe.
Karthus
His ult will score him free kills (specifically on your bottom lane) during the laning phase but that's really it. You just have to constantly move around while fighting him to negate his Q and you win the lane. Get early ganks against him and abuse his lack of waveclear early.
Kassadin
He has too much in his kit to stop your damage so don't try to kill him. As long as you play safe you should be fine but just always remember that you cannot solokill him so don't play aggressive. He will roam so be ready to ping your laners!
Katarina
Depends on the skill of the Kat. Harass her and shove her in early and E her daggers so she cannot goto them. Save your bind until after she shunpo's if you get jumped on!
LeBlanc
Skill matchup. If she trades onto you with her W then immediately respond with a Q before she can go back. If you land her Q you will probably end up winning the trade. If you are confident, take ignite against her and play aggressive. However, do not waste your bind unless her W is down as that will allow her to jump on you and win.
Lissandra
Take cleanse. She can easily kill you if the lissandra is skilled enough so do not play aggressive against her. Shove her in and harass ONLY WITH YOUR E as getting in range to proc your passive allows her to respond with a full combo! Remember that all 4 of her abilities deal damage! Ward constantly and be quick with your cleanse. Do not trade at level 1.
Malzahar
He will avoid interaction until level 6 where he can easily destroy you with a gank. If you keep track of the enemy jungler you should be fine.
Orianna
Her poke is better than yours but if you can land your Q then you can easily win the trades. Your auto attack range is slightly longer so stay at max range so she can only use abilities.
Ryze
He will buy a catalyst into a rod early which will make him durable enough to negate your kill pressure on him. Don't stand near minions that are low and try to get an early gank against him. He will win against you in a 1v1 starting at level 3 so don't try to trade, only poke.
Syndra
You will win trades against her so always look for opportunities. I recommend getting athenes against her. Post-6 shove her in and poke with your E. Remember that you outrange her.
Taliyah
Rare to see her mid nowadays but its an easy matchup since she has really high early cooldowns. If she misses her W then you can be aggressive but remember to ward, as she can set up ganks pretty well if she can land skillshots.
Talon
Harass him from as far as possible and avoid getting shoved in so you can roam. Don't get close enough for him to combo you, as he can easily 100-0 you starting at level 2. He's like the #1 roaming champion in the game so always be ready to ping!
Veigar
Never try to trade with him as his E will gauruntee your death or flash if he gets a gank. Just poke with your E and shove him in, as his waveclear is bad early.
Vel'Koz
He will shove you in and try to stop you from farming with his Q and W. Walk in unpredictable patterns when he Q's so he doesn't know when to reactivate it.
Viktor
Annoying with his E, but you have lane dominance against him. You can trade but always be ready to step out of his W so he doesn't get a gaurunteed double E proc and ult damage. Shove him in so he has to go oom and back often.
Vladimir
Just avoid interaction altogether. He does way more damage than you and can easily avoid your Q which will lead to your death. Farm and try to outroam him, as you cannot 1v1 him.
Xerath
Difficult to win against as his abilities are harder to dodge than yours are and he outranges you. Your best bet is to get a lot of ganks on him as he cannot escape them and will easily die if you can land your Q.
Yasuo
Can easily avoid all of your abilities and outdamage you. Freeze the wave and do your best to farm as you cannot win otherwise.
Zed
Skill matchup but for the most part Zed will win. Harass and shove him in early as much as you can. Do not let his early poke combo hit you as it can lead to you dying if he pops to the shadow. Always be ready to ping if he's gone!
Ziggs
He can avoid your combo even if rooted with his W, so you cant really kill him if the Ziggs is good at his champion.
Zilean
Avoid getting ganked at all costs, as has a point and click slow that gauruntees his stun. Do not try to kill him post 6. Shove him in and do not get close to him ever. You can outroam him so that is always an option.
Zoe
Easy matchup for you. Whenever she ults just Q at her return spot and you will get a gaurunteed trade win. Use your minions to avoid her sleep and you will be fine.
