Runes

Greater Quintessence of Desolation: Extra early game damage.
Greater Glyph of Celerity: Skill cooldown Reduced.
Greater Seal of Clarity: helps for early game when Master Yi mana burns.
Greater Mark of Desolation: Extra damage early game.

Summoner Spells

Teleport: I found Teleport useful for getting around the map mid game.

Ignite Basic use when enemy is on low health for the kill. usefull early game to get the kill if enemy is close to there tower.

Jungling

Master Yi is a proficient jungler with his Meditate ability he can successfully farm gold to get items like Phantom Dancer much quicker.

Another plus from jungling is being able to set up ganks on unsuspecting enemy players
