The items explained:

You start out with an Amplifying Tome, only going back to build a Hextech Revolver and a Philosopher's Stone. This is very convenient for early spellvamp and the Philosopher's Stone will regenerate your mana.

Followed by Boots of Swiftness, I get these because they grant me that little extra speed but Sorcerer's shoes should also do the trick!

Build your Hextech Gunblade, I love this item. It grants spellvamp, lifesteal, AD and AP.

Next up is a Nashor's Tooth. I buy this item because it grants AP, attack speed and cooldown reduction. The AP and cooldown reduction are really the biggest reason for this item, if you prefer you can replace this with a Morello's Evil Tome.

Next items are Zhonya's Hourglass and Rabadon's Deathcap, granting you lots of AP.

If you got this far, sell the Philosopher Stone and get a Void Staff.

Master Yi's Q becomes a complete nuke with this build. Farming minions has never been this easy either, with your Q, instantly wiping loads of minions out, you won't have much trouble farming.

Exhaust and Flash are my pick for this build! Exhaust always comes in handy to take down an enemy, and there's nothing wrong with flashing to escape from a gank! You can however choose any summoner spell that you prefer over this if you like. This is my personal preference!

If you're used to playing Yi AD, please give this build a chance some time! It's really worth it, and alot more fun in my opinion. I really enjoy playing Yi this way, I hope you will enjoy it too.
