the whole idea behind this build is to renew you health via life steal. with high attack speed you can wipe a whole cloud of minions or defeat the golem/lizard, and stay topped off at 100% health, at lvl 10.
i start w vampiric scepter, for health regen. avoid taking too much dmg so you can sustain lvling off minions for at least 5 lvls. pick up meditate at lvl 2 to help w sustainment, but theres no need to hit again untill lvl 13.
