Pretty easy lane-up for Yi, just abuse him early and use q to dodge his attacks and w to lower the damage received.
Twisted Fate
Not too hard to lane against. Burst damage isn't too high and is easy to get, just avoid the gold cards cause he will stun you and lose a lot of your ultimate time.
Lux
If you dodge her q (stun) then ultimate at her, you will win the fight.
Teemo
Highly a painful too vs. His q gives him Auto Attack dodges for a couple of seconds. Don't attack him at all until his "miss" is done or else it is a guaranteed win on his end. The time per upgraded q is (1.5, 1.75, 2, 2.25, 2.5) seconds. After his Q misses are over and still have alot of health, you can easily win against him, just find out where his mushrooms are or else he will kill you if you're low. Try to avoid fights where he can easily kite you, that's how he will win 1v1's.
Jax
Another bad match-up for Yi. He has the same kind of way beating Yi as Teemo does. His E stops any Auto Attack damage for 2 seconds.
Rammus
Rammus isn't a serious threat when it comes to 1v1. But he will ruin your chances on engaging on the enemy team. If he engages on someone else then go all in.
Annie
Isn't the worst match-up for Yi but her constant stuns and harass is annoying. The serious problem is if she lands stun. You will get one shot with her combos if she stuns.
Draven
He is dangerous to versus because of ranged attacks and if he knocks you aside he will win the trade.
Quinn
Very annoying ADC if she is a very experienced Quinn.
Vayne
If vayne knows your there. DO NOT ULTIMATE HER. She will stop your Highlander if she uses her E (Condemn). Late game she will out-damage you.
Garen
His silence in team fights is like nightmare and you won't be able to use your Q when silenced.
Fizz
His high burst is a pain and he can dodge your hits easily.
Alistar
Most annoying support you can go against as Yi and can ruin your game completely.
Ivern
Ivern can't do anything in a 1v1 situation. You easily destroy him early and late. He really helps rengar though.
Tryndamere
Fight him early-mid game where his attacks aren't too strong. If he pops his ult run away. He will mostly run away after popped, that's where you go all out. Bait him far way from tower, trigger his ultimate, run away, when his ult is done. Destroy him.
Kayle
Until 6 isn't the worst. His poke is annoying but isn't hard to fight. If he pops ultimate, run and re-engage when its done.
Cho'Gath
Just like Rammus, if he's a good Cho'gath player he can stop your engage completely . Dodge his knock-up then ult him. If he gets fed off his feast, you're going to have a hard time.
Renekton
High damage based champion. Renekton will have a easy time if he stuns you and just pokes you the whole time. He will eventually kill you because of his empowered attack which stuns you.
Riven
Another high damage based champion. If she pops her stun too early and doesnt stun you and has used her q 3 times and hasn't hit you. All in. Yeah her ultimate will do damage. It mostly depends on how fed you are or how fed she is. If shes fed don't 1v1, get a friend to help.
Master Yi
Just depends who is the better Master Yi.
Ashe
Pretty easy matchup. Ashe is super squishy but dont underestimate her engage with her ult and the fact that she can do so much damage to you around late-end game. If she ultimate's, if your reaction time is good, q then ultimate her.
Yasuo
If he isn't fed, which is hard to find. Pretty simple match-up, just avoid his q poke, it hurts. If he is fed. He will legit pentakill easily.
Heimerdinger
If you don't get poked by the turrets, he is SUPER easy to kill. But he will play like a ***** and hide behind his turrets.
Caitlyn
Isn't the hardest match-up. Avoid conflict if standing under tower and just wants to poke you.
Varus
Same as Caitlyn. You could 1v1, but avoid if being kited. Leave before you are too low so varus wont follow you. Avoid him if under tower.
Orianna
High AP Carry Assassin. Does so much damage to you. All I can really say.
Nidalee
You can 1v1 her if she doesn't kite with her spear.
Ahri
Absolute sausage fest. Its so painful to vs her when she does so much damage and her charm is terrifying. Unless you're olaf.
Nautilus
Easy early game. Stun is a little irritating but you can out-damage if done right. He will 100% out-tank and absorb your damage later into the match.
