1. Glyphs are better with scaling as you're not gonna take magic dmg in the jungle
2. Penetration marks are better since you ain't getting black cleaver
3. The guide is a bit short
4. No optional items

Your example build ist just way to glass cannon so you miss defense items like Guardian Angel, Frozen Mallet, Banshee's Veil, Mercurial Scimitar or Randuin's Omen.
Personally I would also take a look at Statikk Shiv because it works pretty well with Master Yi and ofc Ravenous Hydra.
The picture of the jungle map seems to be broken at least on my screen so reupload a new one maybe on a different upload page. Aaaand fix you skill sequence: Maxing Q on level is correct but then max E at level 13 so you can max W at level 18 - I guess it's more useful to skill this way.
