This build will provide you with 45% cdr, with enough mana regeneration to last you for a LOOOONG while. Morello will help you get the early damage, and get you that early mana sustain. Also you get that sweet 20% cdr. Athenes is next for that useful passive when you shield your allies, and that extra needed mana regen and cdr. After this item, you can go berserk in teamfights and constantly ULT "E" your entire team a couple times during a teamfight. Keep in mind that your q and w will reduce your ult cooldown if you hit an enemy with it. This will allow you to constantly keep shielding your entire team which is what this build is about. After athenes, ardent censer is a must for that 15% shield bonus, which adds up at to 25% in total with the help of your masteries. This is your core, which will allow you to kite any enemy in a 1v1, and also keep your team from dying. The last two items I usually like to get is rylais, for the extra slow on q, and more importantly the constant slow from w every time the damage ticks. Lastly I usually get rab for the bigger shields.

Remember, you can dictate how your team will do objectives since you have the ult e. Don't be afraid to ping an objective and ult your teama, and they will surely follow. You can out rotate the enemy team from the movement speed from your e.

When you lane, try to look for opportunities to hit the enemy with an empowered q. This can be easily done even if they're hiding behind the ranged minions. The q is an aoe ability so even if you hit the ranged minions, if the enemy laner is close enough, then he/she will get hit too. If you see the enemy use some of their spells, don't be afraid to e yourself for the movement speed, w the opponent, and empower q their *** (be careful of enemy jungler though). And remember you can easily push out the wave, and roam to another lane. This is very important since you have your e for the movement speed, you will be able to roam pretty well.
