As usual, this build will solely be based on how well you can farm and poke ya lane. Ya dont want to be too aggressive when you use this build not until you at least get static Shiv and ya boots. Mainly ya wanna be passive/aggressive. Harass ya lane as much as possible while evading and countering the enemy. Take ya time going for the kill the longer you can sustain and farm ya Lane the better the gold. the better the gold the faster ya items will become complete.
