Introduction
Miss Fortune is a really strong AD Champion and in my opinion she uses her full potential on full AD builds only.
For Runes I take Armor Penetration Marks, Flat Damage and Mana per 5 Seconds Seals, Attack Speed Glyphs and Flat Attack Damage and Armor Penetration Essences.
Every DPS or AD Champion needs Armor Penetration, I don't think I have to explain why. Flat Attack Damage Seals help early game and the Mana Regeneration is really nice for staying in lane. The rest explains itself :)

I think there are multiple boots that fit to Miss Fortune. If you have many disables, make sure to grab Mercury's Treads, if you have an heavy AD Team, choose Ninja Tabi, if you want some more attack speed grab Berserker's Greaves and if you need more Movespeed, grab Boots of Swiftness.
For me, Mercury's Treads are the number one choice, but you can of course choose freely.

Here we come to the Core Item Build.
You can start with either a Doran's Blade or with Boots and 3 Health Pots.
The first time you go base, you should already have farmed enough for a B.F. Sword and maybe, if you didn't already buy them, Boots. Then go back to lane and farm until you have enough gold for Infinity Edge, however, if you feel like going home earlier, grab your Boots first.
If you haven't already done, now grab your Boots and either another B.F. Sword or a Vampiric Scepter, and build it to a Bloodthirster.
Now, it's time for situational Items.

Offensive:
If you are beating the **** out of your opponents, you can choose between another Bloodthirster and Mardred's Bloodrazor, if the opponents are tanky. Also, if they have armor tanks like Rammus or Shen, take a Last Whisper. Youmuu's Ghostblade is an item i really recommend for Miss Fortune.
Defensive:
If you feel like you need just a bit more health to own them, you can get a Frozen Mallet, if they have an heavy caster team, grab a Banshee's Veil and if they got much AD, a Thornmail.
