It has been Hard for summoners below level 20s to face the opponents in pvp. But still they want to play PVP :D

The answer is yes you can :)

If you gonna take Miss Fortune then you gonna be announced as you are GOD-LIKE in the game :)

This guide helps you to pawn the enemies with her unbelievable damage and critical strike, you can finish a 1v1 in maximum 4 shot at level 9 (in game).

After level 9 (in game) you can do 1v2 easily and after level 12 (in game) you can do 1v3 :)

Lane? Not a prob :D

Choose your own lane, you can be an hero in mid and can be the legend in other lanes.
But before level 10, do be with team to face 5.
And the Don is you at level 18 who can take 2 Quadra kills in a 5 minutes, yes i have done it 3 times in PVP.

However, Miss Fortune can be effective in mid, as she can farm and level up quickly and harass against specific champions.

Heal :
The beginner spell which I recommend you to have to pawn 2 at a time n later 5 at a time without falling back.
Note: You shouldn't be a coward using this guide :@ But make them a coward :D

Exhaust :
The best spell to mange 1v3 by holding the SS and pawning the one u were hitting and then the other in ur lane and then now the fun starts make the SS to run in river and kick his *** :D
Can be used to pawn the strong opponent too :)

Alternative to Heal:

Flash :
Can be used both offensive and defensive, by flashing forward and take down the escaping chicken and if you are running out of health just flash back a little and take down the first one and head back to base :)

Ghost :
This is good for team fights because it will grant you the double speed to her passive to run in and out of the fray and avoid being focused and give you ample moments to plan your next move.
Being extremely squishy, this can be just as valuable as Flash for MissFortune in many situations.

Alternative for Exhaust:

Teleport :
You can become the GOD to ur team, this lets you return to your lane quickly, or defend another lane immediately.

The Best and Challenging part in this build is without Runes.

Yes, this is specially created for people who wanna pawn people without runes or may be some basic runes if you want :)

• strut :
  Miss Fortune gains an additional 25 (+4 each second) movement speed after 7 seconds of not being attacked, increasing each second up to 70 maximum bonus speed.
  
• Double-Up [Q] :
  (Active): Miss Fortune fires a shot at an enemy target, dealing 25 / 60 / 95 / 130 / 165 (+0.75 per attack damage) physical damage and 115% of that damage to another enemy target behind the first. Both hits apply on-hit effects.
  
  * Bounce hit range: 500
  
• Impure Shots [W] :
  Passive: Miss Fortune deals 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 (+5% of ability power) magic damage to her target with each attack, cumulatively stacking up to 4 times on the same target.
  
  Active: Miss Fortune's attack speed is increased by 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% for 6 seconds and causes her attacks to lower healing received and health regeneration by the target by 50% for 3 seconds.
  
• Make It Rain [E] :
  Miss Fortune fires hundreds of bullets into the air which rain down at a location after 0.5 seconds, dealing 90 / 145 / 195 / 255 / 310 (+80% of ability power) magic damage over 2 seconds and slowing enemies hit by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% for 1 second.
  
• Bullet Time [R] :
  Miss Fortune channels a barrage of bullets into a cone in front of her for 2 seconds, dealing 60 / 85 / 110 plus the higher value between (+20% of ability power) or (40% bonus attack damage) magic damage per bullet. There are 6 bullets per wave and 8 waves total.
  
  The way you use the abilities is the way you use Miss Fortune

• Start with Doran's Blade if your opponents are strong or take Vampiric Scepter.
• Push a round and head back to base and buy Boots, and Phage if you have gold or may be the next round.
• Then buy Zeal and Cloak of Agility.
• Then followed by B.F.Sword and upgrade to Infinity Edge if u can or may be later.
• Then complete Phantom Dancer.
• Then buy The Blood Thirster, followed by Trinity Force and finally another Infinity Edge.

Now the Legend is ready for a couple or more Quadra Kills :)
