I agree, attack speed in all of the runes seems a bit odd. I will experiment with this, probably by going with some armor pen as you suggested or perhaps some CDR.

Anywho, I've updated the guide with another screenshot of some more recent matches.

This build works and I do not stray from it.

I think you should have another look at your runes, I don't think that going full AS is really viable (maybe Armor pen marks and quints + AS seals and glyphs?).

- Write what it will give, how it would help, when to get it etc.

- Adds ctitical chance, attak and movement speed, overall a good item for Twitch, combines well with and makes you even more mobile.

Dont forget to use Bold, Underline and color to point out important things (toolbar above the text box).
