Shortly everything you need to know
Mordekaiser is Easy Champ if you know how to play it, So you need to learn to play it.
I suggest starting with bots then normal. Your strongest ability is Q and R They can be the Clincher of 1v1.
Early Game is Hard and Easy. You must know the enemy champion and his/her play style. If he/she plays really safe you can push lane. And if he/she plays aggressively you can stay at turret and farm as you can. In that situation Jungler is important.
Mordekaiser doesn't have any CC so you need Rylai's Crystal Scepter or Frozen Mallet, I suggest Rylai's Crystal Scepter.
