Gonna upvote caz it gave me and my friend such a good laugh though.
like the malady and hextech and rylia's. for MR i would go abysal scepter for MR and more mgc pen, and a nashor's tooth for attack speed CDR and some more AP
as always boots are situational mercs for tenacity and MR sorc for offence
and exhaust ignite is noob**** u have no escape and will get ganked hard...get flash or ghost and exhaust or ignite (for AD enemy use exhaust)
Attack speed runes are a bad choice because you are not jungling.
In general Attack Speed runes are a bad choice if you aren't jungling, or need a LOT of help last hitting.
Attack damage, especially flat, are silly because you don't need help last hitting, and your Q does mediocre damage until you get your gunblade anyways.
Dodge seals aren't terrible, but the nimbleness mastery is really lackluster on Mordekaiser because early game, he's dead anyways, and lategame he should just stand and fight.
Flat AP glyphs are pretty much inferior to AP/lvl glyphs, they get better by level 6, and then become three times as good at level 18, and Morde's ratios don't make E that impressive at level 1-5 anyways.
Magic Penetration blues are secondary runes, and you should really only be using magic pen marks and quints.
Items: You build attack speed, and a minor amount of AP on a champion who 1. Doesn't synergize at all with attack speed, and 2. Is one of the most spell vamp/lifesteal/health regen dependent characters in the game.
Malady and Wit's end don't really help Creeping Death damage...
Also, if you want to start with a doran's item, use doran's shield.
Masteries: If you ARE going to go 10/10/10, i recommend using the Ignite mastery, 2 in the MR mastery (take out the physical damage block mastery point), and 0/3/1/0, 4/0, 1/0/1/0 in the utility tree, because buff duration is stronger than 2% health regen.
Summoner Spells: I HIGHLY recommend Flash/Ignite if you want to use ignite, or Flash/Ghost if you don't.
Mordekaiser is nearly required to use flash on Summoner's Rift, and on TT it's extremely strong.
Overall, i have to give this guide a -1.
