Pretty simple concept, E when she all ins, q w the adc. tends to give you enough room to disengage/make plays
Zilean
Zilean is a relatively easy lane for you. His kill potential is quite low if you save your e for his second bomb. If he lands the first, immediately E the target. That will stop them from being stunned (but not anyone else in the circle). it should also stop most of the damage. after that, the threat is the adc. Counter play his ult. wait for it to time out (try very hard not to pop it, or if you do, time your q to snare them as they become targetable again). A lot of this lane is down to timing.
Nautilus
This lane is like blitz but not as threatening. naut is very tanky and can do lots of damage. zone the adc and q to allow your adc to kite naut and it should be an easy lane.
Taric
Taric is again, pretty tanky but without the all in of naut or leo. sidestep the stun and e your adc if they're gonna get caught by it and the lane should go in your favour.
Janna
Janna is not a massive threat, its more that she denies you a lot in terms of lockdown for kills. the shield and her utility will generally save your targets. best thing to do it just go for poke and zone, and let your adc farm up.
Bard
I don't see bard very often. Hes not ridiculously threatening, but at the same time you need to respect his damage if he lands a q stun. For the most part, target the times when bard roams for chimes to go aggressive. Punish the adc in the 2v1. Or roam with bard and catch him with your jungler.
Blitzcrank
This lane comes down to your reaction times. I would get e second and reactive e every hook.
Sona
The only time sona is really a threat to morgana is if she goes AP and gets an early kill or two. Her ap burst is very high, even without ult. Don't stack with your adc and just focus on snaring her to shut her down.
Soraka
Most raka's will sit back and try to q poke you down. Just dodge this and focus her. Doubtful that you'll get the kill on the adc if Raka is still up.
Rakan
Rakan is like taric but with more mobility which makes him a bit more of a threat. Be wary of getting caught by his knockup. Its hard to avoid if he comes out of the bush.
Tahm Kench
Tahm is very versatile. He can have the aggression, but will also bring disengage and ridiculous tankiness to the table. Be ready to deal with his shield. (note that your snare will outlast his shield as you level it up, so play around that if you need to. snare him after he shields, wait and ult before it ends to secure the kill.
Nami
Nami can be a big threat, it comes down to how good she is with her bubble. Her damage if she lands her combo is nasty, but you can outplay it quite easily. Try and get the 6 advantage and punish her. Zoning is very important for this.
Lulu
Lulu is like janna but with a fair bit more damage and utility. Her polymorph is cancellable but its hard to do so. Its a fast moving projectile, and 9 times out of 10 you need to pre-empt it rather than try and react to it. Her damage if she maxes q can be scary, but her main power comes from her shield and ult. Best to play around your q for this lane. Land it and try and burn her ult. After that you can go for the kill.
Braum
Braum offers a lot of outplay potential. His mobility and damage are nothing to be scoffed at, nor is his ability to soak everything you throw at him. Reactive e his q and that takes a chunk of his power away, but be wary because his CD is a lot smaller than yours. His cc chain is particularly nasty, so you need to stop him from reaching you or your adc.
Thresh
Thresh can be a powerhouse, it just depends on if he lands early hooks or not. Zoning is quite difficult with this lane, because it usually gets you hooked and killed. Play it a bit safer and look for counterplays or ganks.
Alistar
This is probably the hardest melee support to come up against. Alistar brings a lot of damage to the table in addition to a lot of CC and a lot of tankiness. You need to be preemptive, but you can be reactionary with your e if you're quick. Be careful of the w (at the adc to bait your e) flash q on you combos. Hard to deal with, and very dangerous.
Brand
Brand is currently one of the main threats to any bot lane comp. If you don't ban brand, then the idea is to reactive e his q. to stop the stun. the damage is going to be quite large, but theres nothing you can do about that. After his q is burned its just your lanes cc against his lanes damage. Focus him and he should go down pretty easy. Just be mindful of his ult if you are stacked.
Lux
Lux is like brand but with slightly less late game impact. You need to respect her damage and play around snares. She goes down very easily if you land a q on her after lvl 5 (the third point in q makes a big difference). If you can, zone her while making sure to dodge her q in particular and get your adc to rush 6 for you so that you can all in for the double.
Zyra
Zyra's poke is very very nasty. This lanes focus should be on zyra for most of the laning phase. She can pump out a lot of damage, but her health pool is quite low early, so abuse that. Go for early kills and zone the enemy adc. If you manage to shut zyra down, don't keep focusing her in teamfights. because its hard to come back as her main build path should be quite expensive. Abuse that to shut down the adc or other threats.

Greetings and welcome to my Morgana guide. I'm Darth Hideouss, I've been gold for several seasons as a support jungle main. I've recently started the climb back up to gold. This guide shows two ways to build morgana down bot. Both are situational and just depends on team comps. If you need utility the glacial augment build is great. Otherwise the arcane comet is my go to. I've explained a few of the enemy supports you'll find down bot. This is also my first attempt at writing a guide, so feel free to give feedback.
Skills and Abilities
Skills and Abilities
There aren't really combos for you to follow. More just times that you should save certain abilities. A lot of morgana play comes down to timing. Like, landing your bind on a zed as he comes out of ult, or on a champ as they revive from GA/Zilean ult. Also being able to make split second decisions about whether you need to chain your q on an already cc'd target to secure the kill or look for another to make it a double kill.
Also learning how to zone effectively in teamfights and in lane is important. Sometimes just your presence is enough to push adc's out of the fight, but if they have peel you need to play it differently so you don't get caught/collapsed on.
A lot of this comes from experience and knowing the enemy champs. Which I can't really guide you on.
