With the full build jinx is very strong in late. Even in early/Mid with Runaan + IE + Static shiv gives you alot of damage and also 70% crit chance which deals alot of damage. Always hold the backline and poke with fishbones. By the time the frontline reaches to you, you hopefully have gotten a kill or assist by now which makes it easy to kite by the mvt speed boost. I usually switch to pow-pow when the frontline reaches you as it shoots faster and you will be more mobile. And in the end: Essence Reaver works great vs lower health targes and gives you 100% crit, while Lord Dominik ignores alot of armor which helps vs tanky units
