Run it through a spell check, first of all...

Check your coding, it is not tear of godness it is Tear of the Goddess. Also starting with Sapphire Crystal and 2x Health Potions leaves you with almost no sustain and it doesn't allow you to harass as much as Crystalline Flask, Health Potion and sight ward start would.

You should explain why did you pick these exact items, masteries and runes over all the choices and also you should give some alternatives. BTW, IMO nobody reads the lore, you should explain more WHY(?) did you make a guide about Ryze.

Then to your "good and bad" -section. You should use terms "Pros" and "Cons" instead IMO, and also add some color and coding overall to make it look like this:

Pros: OVER POWER AFTER SEASON 3 Easy to play Very tank in late game kill people in a second passive is good for ulti

Cons: can be easily kited in early game hard to farm before 6. may be hard to master to full potential very item dependant bad against silences, stuns Kassadin

Also, make it more readable, it is hard to read since you don't use "I" when you talk about yourself. Using useless coding which doesn't even look good (good and bad -section's Ryze indents) is just stupid, no offense.
