Tr4ce to answer you, yes.

Atma's takes 2% of your health and turns it into dmg. Be it from stacking Health items, or using his ult. It doesnt matter if you get Atma's early or late. The more health you have, at any time, the more dmg. Thats why I try to get it after I hace a few HP items.

I Kinda like this build 1 question though.. does the impaler or w/e its called stack? Since it takes a percentage of your hp and turns it into damage? So like you buy a Hp item.. you buy the impaler.. does it still turn other hp items that you get later on?...Comment me ASAP plz nd Ty :].. Btw holy **** u got so many builds... ~+1...Im waiting for karthus free week.. I kinda like that sunfire cape build its weird XD

Well I suppose I want to be able to spam BB more and have it useful for late-game. Her attack range is bad compared to other ranged champs and she gets destroyed in most 1 v 1s. Sure, she's a good farmer which makes getting high cost items easy and she has a great shield spell so maybe a tank-ish spammer of Q. But I'm happy to try whatever you come up with.
