This is the way I like to build singed. Singed is a champ that I realy enjoi to play. Singed has great chasing abilties.

I pick ghost beacuse it stacks well with your ulti and boots of swiftness to chase and escape if necessary.

I take exhaust cause it makes it easier to chase and take out a melee dps

I take 0/21/9 I take the 21 in defense to have the defensive stats and 9 in utility to get some regeneration and to get more exp.

I start with the for the exstra mana, and because of his passive it's gives health and the health pots to lane for as long as possible. bots of swiftness because i like to have movement speed on singed since he is a close range fighter and to easy run away if needed, and bots of swiftness with and and ulti makes it quite easy to escape. I take because it gives mana and hp and some abilty power. the banshee's spell block can be helpfull. I take to get some armor and more healt. is helpfull with the passive and ulti, and it gives some magic resist.
