With this build, you no longer have to worry about poking. There will be 2 results:
1. Enemy would need to think twice befour they attack you. Auto you = taking damage. You sure you're gonna auto me???
2. Enemy would attack you like you're a normal adc. You can use yourself as a bait and when they collapse on you your team follows up and you ace them easy

Trading is very important in lane. You have been taught to "deny cs", "position", "learn every champion's ability", "dodge skill shots"...... and many other methods to prevent getting poked and learn how to poke. With this build, YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT POKING. With Thornmail, you automatically poke them when they auto you. If you get Stattik shiv, you poke them when you farm. Hence, this is the new OP build that I invented which guarantees you to climb in no time.

With this build, you're tanky af and you do damage. Follow this guide and you should be able to climb like I do. Hardstuck bronze 5? No problem. Just follow this guide and you will climb in no time
