Singed doesn't play like any other champion. You don't stand still and use your abilities on the enemy, or even autoattack them. Singed is always moving. Constantly. Singed never stops moving. He also sprays poison on people. And grabs them and chucks them over his shoulder. If you think this guy sounds like a complete psychopath, you'd be right.

Singed likes to go fast. If he wants to go anywhere, he'll be runnin, runnin, runnin like a constipated wiener dog. So give him as much Movement Speed as possible. Move Speed Quints, Move Speed Masteries, Move Speed Items. You always gotta be absolutely the fastest mother****er on the field.

Take Ghost.

I recommend taking Cleanse, because you will be running into some sticky situations in the middle of a team fight, and if the enemy team focuses you, you may be able to get out alive if you pop both Cleanse and Ghost and book it out of there. Meanwhile your team will be clear to pick off the distracted enemies.

Magic Penetration Marks,
Scaling Mana Regeneration Seals,
Scaling Ability Power Glyphs, and
Movement Speed Quintessences.

Pretty standard stuff.

The only ones that are absolutely necessary are the move speed quints.

Masteries are mostly Defense with a bit of CDR from the Offense tree and MORE MOVE SPEED from the Support tree.

Skills are going to focus on leveling Poison Trail first, followed by Mega Adhesive and then Fling. Level your ultimate every time you can.

Many people will tell you to level up Fling second, which is fine, but each level of Mega Adhesive increases the slow on enemy team members, making it easier for you to fling and poison them. In team fights, Mega Adhesive is invaluable for helping your team chase and kill enemies.

Singed is probably the fastest minion wave clearer in the game. All you need to do is run alongside an enemy minion wave so they all get poisoned. Then continue to run. The minions will be dead in seconds and you will be long gone, with a nice chunk of gold for your trouble.

Singed is not very quick at destroying towers. But he can assist his friendly minion wave so they have more time to deal damage.

When your minions are at the enemy tower, and the tower is focusing on them, you can go just beyond the enemy tower to intercept incoming enemy minions. Just poison them and let them follow you into the brush. They probably won't even make it into the brush. This leaves your minions free to continue without enemy interference.

This of course assumes the tower is unguarded by a champion.

Singed is a team player! If both your teams are in a standoff, make the first move! Pop your ult and Ghost at the same time for a crazy speed boost, shoot your adhesive, and grab the nearest enemy player. Singed is so fast, there is little time for the enemy team to react. You won't have to tell your team to jump on the flung enemy like a pack of starving piranhas.

In most team fight situations, a Fling is a death sentence. But you must remember to position yourself properly, between your team and the enemy, or you may Fling him in the wrong direction and actually save an enemy's life. Not good.

Remember, if you initiate a fight and you realize you just went in over your head, don't be ashamed to hit Cleanse and just run like a little girl. You can still turn the situation around, even if you yourself never turn around.

If you want to play a champion that was designed for an intelligent, skilled, attractive player, Singed is your man.

Playing Singed requires planning, forethought, quick decision making, and good old fashioned balls of steel.

In other words, the exact opposite of your average Yasuo player.
