Just hug your tower. A lot of burst with her Q R combo and she can out range you with her abilities. If you are brave enough try to poke her with your Q once in a while but I recomend to focus to your farming.

Introduction
Runes
With this rune set up early game may not be in our side. BUT in middle to late game you are gonna be super mobile and tanky with a good HP to sustain and live in teamfights. And with the armor and magic penetration marks you utilize every ability on your kit.
If in any case you can' t play safe and you want to be aggrasive early, instead or running Movement speed quints you can run Scaling health quints and armor seals so you want get a lot of damage from minion waves and A.A.
Also if you feel that the Hybrid penetration marks are not worth is for only one damage scaling ability you can run only magic penetration marks.
And if you don' t want to have no penetration at all and you want to focus on defence only you can run flat armor marks, health per level seals, magic resist per level glyphs and ability power quints.
Masteries
Thunderlord's Decree
. Aside that, in the Ferocity tree you can go with Sorcery to boost your AP, with the new mastery
Expose Weakness
so you can help your teammates deal more damage in a teamfight.
Natural Talent
give you a small boost of Ability Power and Attack Damage and for the
Oppressor
will help you deal more damage periodicly since your opponent will be stunned mostly against you.
