- Lots of burn/magic penetration
Mana
- Seraph's + Luden's + Manaflow = WHAT IS OOM?!?!
- Seraph's passive in a nutshell: more mana = more bonus AP
CDR
- Maxed early, you good
HP
- +600 Health
*Overall: Balanced, Powerful, Reliable*
Runes
- Summon Aery > Arcane Comet (Aery doesn't miss)
- Transcendence: "Haste" passive doesn't stack, so 10% CDR makes it 40
- Gath. Storm: more AP late game
- Ultimate Hunter: late game spam lazers
Speed of Light: This is not a common build what-so-ever
- Celerity = bonus AP from extra Movement Speed *Build is Based On*
- Waterwalking = MS in river, stacks with Celerity
- Magical Footwear: +10 MS on Boots of Swiftness = 65 MS - Stacks with Celerity
Items
- Archangels/Seraphs: Gets rid of the mana problems she has, and bonus AP from 3% of total mana
-Luden's Echo: Her main item, stacks with Seraphs
- Liandrys Torment: Health, AP, and the passives are great for combat
- Rabadons Deathcap: ...no need to explain
Killuminate:
- Morellonomicon: Magic penetration
- Sorcery Shoes: Magic penetration
Speed of Light:
- Spellbinder: 120 AP, and 10 MS
- Boots of Swiftness: Uh, hello? CELERITY
Summary
- Good for deleting enemies
- Late game domination
- Maintain lane with steady mana count
- A solid tweak to your "average" mid lane build for Lux
Speed of Light:
- Great for mobility
- Still powerful
- Roam lanes and surprise enemies
- Get to team fights faster
- Escape easier
- Oh wait... I still have mana ;)
