With the Support Nunu build you have more life. So you can go in and press R
With Mid-build you have to trap them. Or poke all down! Than you can go in and press R too! And if you are feeded, its easy go wait in a bush, than ALL FIVE ENEMIES come
in your direction. Than you activate your Ultimate and..... PENTAKILL!!!!

Mid

You have much sustain on mid. The most Mages (except Cho'gath) have no sustain. So if you poke them with your E all the time and they go back often you have better Farm and a stronger late game! In Addition you have more respectively better items than your enemy laner.

Support

Poke the enemy ADC with your E. He lost more and more life, if he go back your ADC have better farm. If the enemy stay there and farm with low life you can kill im easy. After a fight you need some minions to heal you with your Q, in every fight on Bot-lane do your W on the ADC! He get attack speed and movement speed. If you slow the enemy and give your ADC movement speed, you can kill them fast.!
