Well, evelynn is a fun assassin who can really stick to a fleeing enemy. But if you build her purely offensively, then her target could easily turn around and burst her if you aren't careful. So I was thinking making her a pursuer in the same vein as many Garen's I've played against, only with a much easier escape option.
