Hi, fellas. Here is my guide about Vayne. (Sorry for my english. . )

here i want say something about runes for Vayne: Vayne has a massive "Q" spell, if she has more dmg. on lvl 18 it can be 180+ ad just so. Cooldown is 2 sec. so i tryed to use it in fight. Because Vayne is a good herraser, i took glyses for 7,5 % cdr. 12 armor penetration form marks , and 6,5 dmg from Quitessenses + 13 armor for more sustain. Ofc its hard to stay against agressive AP suports or other adcs like Corki , Twith ent , but u will see exxtreme DPS with dat runes :)

here i want to say something about masteries. Vayne need normal masteries for adc , but i prefer 1 point to skill(ignite, ghost enchanse to 35%)

with items we have nothing difficults :D i builded vayne for more sustain in lategame and amazing dmg. so as first item we need doran for good start. after recall we need ,so fast it possible, boots and lifesteal. After second recall we trying to build infinity and then Blade of Ruinking. Ruinking give us 40% atkspeed and 25 dmg. + we can kill fed enemy tanks and offtanks and balance ( or disbalanse on vayneside) the game :) Later we need to build bloodthrister and resurectionitem(50 armor, 30 m rez.) as last item we need Last whisper, because enemy will buy much defencive items. by 100+ armor of enemy we need Last whisper. For example mages like Diana buying Zhonja as first item.

Vayne is too squishly. but in right hands she kill Draven or Caitlyn easy. with shes Q Vayne can dodge 50+% skills of Blitz, Cait , Thresh, and hold right range to enemy hero.

CDR runes are no more actual for vayne. So take just a litlebit M. Rezistance :)
