You should always start Red buff, then go to your raptors. You can go E second to reduce the mana you spend and clear a little bit faster, but you lose more health. Going W second costs more mana but you finish rapotors with more health.

Next is Scuttle Crab. If you went W second, you may not have enough mana to clear Scuttle as fast as you possibly could, which is why I prefer to go E second instead of W.

After you clear Scuttle, go check if the enemy jungler took their blue and/or Gromp. If, not take it and place a deep ward. If you invaded the enemy's red and raptors, then go to your blue. You should only invade if the enemy jungler is a weak early game champion like Diana or Twitch. Never invade if the enemy jungler is a Graves, Warwick, Xin Zhao, or any other early game jungler.

If the enemy jungler took their Gromp and/or Blue, put a ward in the bush right next to the Blue Buff camp. After that, go clear your wolves and your Blue. If none of the enemy laners are over extended (the lanes that surrond your blue side like mid and top/bot), take your Gromp and get the other Scuttle if it's there and try to set up a gank. If an enemy is over extended, skip Gromp, clear scuttle if it's their, and gank that lane. You'll most definelty get a flash and possibly a kill.
