Introduction
HP = 5115
Health Regen = 1991
Armor = 269
Magic Resist = 197
You are a tank! With tons of health and tons of health regen. Lots of armor and magic resist.
Pros:
Tons of health (mid game on)
Tons of Armor from the get go and gets better every lvl
Fairly low cooldowns early game
Low cooldowns (mid game on)
Can build items in-lane
Upgradable items
Cons:
Slow in early game
Slow attack speed (but you're sup)
Ult can be tricky to get the knockback right (due to screen positioning trying to figure out where you want to knock it back to)

Use your Q to slow enemy, (make sure you're facing enemy champ) use W to brittle and bash enemy champ, then E to knock them up, repeat. Once you are into mid to early-late game you should be able to at least throw your W again since it gets maxed first, but if you can auto-attack once or twice you should have your Q & W back up to throw again. Your E will take a bit longer since it hasn't been maxed yet.
When you are all grouped up, and ready to go in, you start the fight with your Ult (R), and hopefully get the rebound hit to send most if not all the enemy champs up in the air and doing moderate damage. That is when the rest of your team should all in on the enemy team. Use your shield from Face of the Mountain on your biggest damaging ally when they get about half health. Try to hit an enemy champ with your Q to slow them, and also any ally champ that auto-attacks the enemy champ while slowed will heal them as well to keep your guys/gals going. This is also where having heal will help out, position yourself close to as many of your team champs as you can and hit heal and the one that needs it most gets it.
You are a tank and should, by the time you start grouping up, have plenty of life/life regen, armor and magic resist, so you can take some blows to help your team escape if things go south even if they slow or stun you.
