You are the bigest counter for Fiora. She can block one of your Q but not that fast how you can spam it. Should be easy lane for you.
Teemo
Teemo again it should be easy lane for you. He is squishy no escape and you are not doing your main dmg with autoattacks so his Q is useless. And your Qs will do some serious damage to him.
Yasuo
Yasuo can outplay you if he is really good. But you should bully him in early with your Q. If you are going all in on him be carefull tu stunn him and place your E on him NOT AT HIS WALL.
Xin Zhao
Xin doesnt have a thing against you. You should poke him out of lane.
Tryndamere
Tryndamere is weak champ in early and he propably wont build defense so you should win early and mid game, but in late he will destroy you if you are not many kills ahead.
Riven
Do not fight her with full hp. Poke and then fight and you will win. You can recognise good players if Riven tooks first E she knows how to play against you. But you should win this matchup. Skillfull rivens can outplay every champ so watch out.
Gangplank
If you are able to avoid his barrels, you will win. In late he is doing some serious amount of damage so try to completely destroy him.
Ekko
He can poke you with his Q if u are able to dodge it you can outpoke him. Watch out his ultimate. Still you should wint this matchup.
Irelia
Pretty anoying with her ultimate on you wont be able to trade with her. But right after her ultimate you are free to kill her. Won lane for you.
Renekton
You can block his stunn. You can decline his combo he Es on you then he autos, stunn, auto, Q and go away with his second E. You can destroy this combo by blocking stunn stunning him and if u are able to hit Q when he E on you then stunn him and E you should be able to do one more Q so outrading him.
Garen
You cant kill him and if he is good and you are villain he will probably kill you so take care.
Trundle
It depends on your and his personal skills. I destroyed some of trundles but somtimes they destroy you even in early. So try to completly destroy him early so he wont outscale you in late. (but he probably will :D)
Singed
I met one signed who was able to outplay me. But I think this is easy lane. Try to kill him as much as you can. If he is pushing minions behind you just try to stunn him under turr or poke as much as you can. Someone thinks signed counters you, I do not.
Jax
He can block autos, but wait your main dmg is from abilities? Yeah this should be easy lane, but watch out even if he is behind he can easily carry late.
Gnar
If he is mega do not fight you will lose. If he is not mega fight and bully him and prepare for winning the lane.
Maokai
Shields everywhere. You will probably wont kill him. But if you do you need to kill him like 3 times to be able to go all in on him.
Karma
Ou yeah karma on TOP. She outrades you, she got better range you cant farm. But when you reach her you can do some dmg but this lane is so annoying.
Kayle
You are blocking autos right? So should be easy against her. If she uses her ulty
cleverly so she blocks your E with it she can delay her death, but this matchup is yours.
Nasus
If you are against stacking Curator of the Sands you have to bully him all abilities on him. If you are against E Nasus it is annoying.
Yorick
This is even. Do not fight him with his R on and try to dodge his E.
Shaco
So annoying lane! If he goes for AP like he will go for AP. Do not fight him where he wants to fight. Because if he is chosing the fight place I am sure Jacks in box will be everywhere there. And he will just run out and they will kill you.
Kled
This is interesting matchup. You have to get him down from his pet. In late you wont be able to kill him. In early do not think that you killed him twice so you can all in with him. I am really enjoying this matchup, cause do not really know when I will kill him or if he is able to kill me.
Malphite
Once he has ulty you are done. Try to snowball yourself in early.
Camille
I had this matchup like 5 times and Camille has been nerfed like 3 times? And still broken! :D
Rumble
This guy will grill you. You cant spam Qs cause he is grilling all the F...... time and his R is just dealling a serious amount of dmg. Take teleport and try to snowball yourself on bottom lane after your 6.
Olaf
Dodge his axe and Q him back. If he has R on you will probably die.
Cho'Gath
Too much hp and his true dmg on R is just sick. But we are lucky, we often wont meet him.
Jayce
I am banning that guy. Cause you have dmg with lethality build but this guy? He has even more, and he is ranged so annoying lane. U can kill him it just depends on your skill how you can DODGE HIS SNIPES.
Shen
SHIELDS are real. You just cant kill him. So if your team is without tank go tank and stop trying to kill him.
Quinn
Hard poke from her. But she is squishy so if you are able to reach her its your lane.
Illaoi
I hate her. Do not fight her if she got her R do not even try it with jungler cause she will get double kill. Farm yourself, wait she is out of ulty and then your time becomes.
Swain
This mans heals are just insane. He can outrade you with his bird and with his dmg overtime on his E. You can kill him until 6 but after you will just lose your lane. So call for help.
Darius
You are able to kill him like you are able to kill everyone but this guy even if he is far behind can kill you. Try to avoid his E do not let him stack you with autos. If you are in range of his q better stay inside do not go to the edge of his q it heals him even more and just try to survive or do some miracle.
Kennen
Thats not that bad matchup like it seems. Avoid his skill shots do not try to catch him in your R he will run out everytime. When he uses R on you stunn him and flash or jump out with your R.
Volibear
This is just insane lane. First time I played this matchup. I was like WHAT THE F IS THIS DMG? And his passive? You poke him out so you think "ou yeah I can kill him now" but his passive is on, his R in on and you are dead bro.
You can play Pantheon with full lethality runes, but I have not try this out, these runes are normal with some AD, MR and Defense(so you are prepared for almost everyone on your lane)and with these runes you will be dealling great damage in the early game.

If you look on www.lolskill.com, you will see that average cs on Pantheon is like 130-140 per game. Thats I think really bad farm. I do NOT think that Pantheon is that bad farmer, because your E can clear whole wawe after some items. It is true that farming is costing you a serious amount of MANA, but bro you have corrupting potion so farm farm FARM. And make those cs rise.

Skill sequence should be Q -> W -> E -> Q. This will delete almost every carry if you complete it properly. But in early you are just spaming Qs and if you think you are able to kill your enemy do Q -> W -> E. DO REMEMBER your E is critical striking and you can use it clever, like you hit more than one enemy with it or you have Q on cd but E is in range and on, so it strikes an enemy with low hp, crit and kill is coming to you. Use your R to suprise enemy bot lane or mid lane. Or you can use it against top laner who is pushing you. You can also use your R to excape from gang. If you see gang and you are not able to run out just go into your bush and use your R to jump on your turr. This wont work if they have some stunn for you, if they do have stunn they can decline your R. Your W can be good for greedy enemy, I recomend you to go in practice mode and learn how far is range of turrets so u will be able to stunn your enemy under turr cause they are too greedy you are behind so they think they will do combo on you get one hit from turr and go away. You can stunn them they get 2 hits from turr and your E maybe auto and Q if you are good and they will probably flash out or you will get a kill.

You R is great tool for ganging other lanes. You can help your bot or mid to take a kill or take flash out from their enemies. You can also use your R to block a way of running enemies. If you have hard matchup on top take Teleport and try to gang other lanes and than back on your lane with tp.
