Im #87 best Rengar of EUW and #308 best Rengar player in the world this season.

Armor pen runes do more damage then flat AD. In the toplane if you find yourself missing a lot of cs you can take AD instead, its personal prefference. For jungling always take armor pen, your clear is still fine because of the empowered Q buff.

Explanation Jungle Masteries

Ferocity:

Fury vs Sorcery: You want Fury, its attackspeed for jungle clear and thats what Rengar kinda needs. Sorcery does work on Q but imo it isnt worth it.
Double edged sword: Best of the 3 you deal 3% more damage and take 1.5% more. Pretty good in 1v1 what Rengar does a lot of the time, picking off solo targets..
Vampirism vs Natural Talent: You want the lifesteal!
Bounty Hunter vs Oppressor: It is basicly Lategame vs Earlygame damage. I prefer the lategame damage because Rengar snowballs so well and you will most likely get a kill on every single enemy.


Cunning:

Wanderer vs Savagery: Wanderer compromises with the danger indicator nerf its really close but i still prefer the the movementspeed just a bit more. Both are really good tho.
Assasin: Best of the three because if you invade or assasinate somebody you are most likely alone. Cookies dont need em. Buffs? Lategame red goes to your adc and blue to your mid. Later in the game when you have 45% cdr blue doesnt give any benefits.
Merciless: Speaks for itself..
Dangerous Game: Speaks for itself..
Precision vs Intelligence: This one is prefference. I am addicted to armor penetration so I go for Precision. I also like Intelligence because you will most likely focus squishy champions anyway and the 5% CDR is really good for your kit as you can build up ferocity faster and you are able to scout with your ult because it has such a low CD with 45% CDR.
Stormraider's Surge vs Thunderlords Decree: Just read SrS. Its works insanely well with his kit. If you are new to Rengar I would reccomend Thunderlords Decree.

Yes triforce is nerfed for Rengar. It is still viable because of the sheen effect. It sucks in crit builds but is still good in burst builds.

Jungle clear path:
Start botside. Clear your whole jungle except the buffs. Back and buy items shown below. Clear your whole jungle again this time with the buffs. Go back and buy the items shown below. Clear two jungle camps and you are level 6 and you can gank bot. If you succesfull ganked bot you can do drake, if bot is ungankable you can solo drake if you want. If you succesfull gank top ask your toplaner to help you with the rift herald. The buff is like a free RFC proc, its insane on Rengar.
