I am a Gold player and main Shaco and Lee.
I play Shaco top alot and tryt alot of diffrent builds like tank Shaco, Ap Shaco, Ad Shaco etc.

I hope my guide will help you understand this new reworked Shaco.

The new Backstab passiv is realy good for farming. Last hitting under tower is basicly free for Shaco because of it.
Because of the Hextech revolver your backstab passiv will deal even more dmg.

Shacos trademark move.
Its basicly a free flash for you.
Your next autoattake will deal bonus dmg but wont crit anymore.
It scales with ap

Its the most broken tool of shaco.
Because of the AP scaling timer on the boxes and the buffed dmg, this boxes deal a lot of dmg. Good luck dealing with that.
Use your boxes deffensiv and place them behind you.
When your opponent engages on you try to bait them in your boxes the worst thing that happens is that you lose some health but when they land in your boxes and the fear goes off its pretty much a won trade.

It was Shacos best move but it got nerfed by reducing it to a 0.9 ap scaling abillty and making his base dmg lower.
Its good for poking or getting cs that is to far for you but thats it.

Use it to trick your opponent.
I like to use the clone to check brushes and enemey champions hidden in it.
Your ult got a little change. It doesnt deal so much dmg anymore but when your clone dies it places a illuminati shaped boxes that are weaker and last for short amount of time.
Because of that your team fight ability good better because when your clone dies in the enemey back line they will get all feard.

Lanning is weird with Shaco. You decide your play style on who your are against.
Match ups:
Ranged

Your hardest match up. Try to get cs under tower and dont get poked alot. If they greed to kill you try to trade with some good placed boxes. This match up is not end of the world but it sure is hard to play.

Wave clearing

I woud say a anoying match up. A lane that is early pusht against you will prevent your from placing importen boxes and engages.

Agressiv (Gapcloser melee)
You love this match up you want your enemey to engage and go in melee fights with you.
Good placed boxes will destroy them.
You can win this realy easy your opponend will cry for a gank and trust me even he cant do anything.
Boxes are key to everything.
