after the changes to the Q and W not taking R changes into consideration because its not affected by builds, (50/55/60/65/70% of total AD from 30/35/40/45/50% of total AD.) but the bonus dmg now doesn't crit, so actually going the IE Shiv build might be a waste and since now you get the 50% bonus dmg at level 1 Q instead of getting it at level 5 Q building those 2 cdr items Essence reaver and ionian boots will give u a good amount of cdr for the Q, Essence reaver gives same dmg as IE less crit and gives CDR, taking the changes to the Tumble you wouldnt need the crit so the best alternative is CDR,and going PD is better because you no longer need the burst dmg for the fully charged shiv+tumble, but it can still be good if your team lack wave clear.i think this build has some future in it.
