Skarner can deal tons of damage while tanking a lot of your damage. Late game, you will barely be able to kill him, so watch out for this. The way to counter is to stay back and use your speed and your slow ability to your advantage.
Pantheon
Pantheon, much like Jax, can block instead of dodge. His block will make your brush hop or ultimate do no damage, so be aware of this. The way to counter is to waste his dodge first, or use your auto as your main attack.
Fiora
Fiora, much like Skarner, can tank tons of damage while dishing out a ton with her auto. Much like Skarner, he way to counter is to stay back and use your speed and your slow ability to your advantage.
Zac
Zac can pull and move you. As you try to brush hop or ultimate, he can bring you under turret or into a gank. If possible try staying away from him or don't use brush hopping or ultimates to your advantage against him.
Maokai
Maokai has tons of armor and health late game. Use their health and armor early game as an advantage. Late game will be hard to take them down. They will also deal lots of damage if you don't take them out early game, so beware. Also be careful of his exploding minions as it does massive tons of damage and keep you out of brushes.
Sejuani
Sejuani has tons of armor and health late game. Use their health and armor early game as an advantage. Late game will be hard to take them down. They will also deal lots of damage if you don't take them out early game, so beware.
Jax
Jax's dodge can block your brush hops and ultimates. You can wait it out with your ultimate and brush hops, but if he doesn't use his dodge while you're using your ultimate, it won't be worth using your ultimate on him due to the fact that it will be dodged anyway, ending up with you dead. The way to counter this is to wait for his dodge to end or for someone else to waste it.
Darius
Darius's pull can be the death of you. He will dish out tons of damage before you can even hit him. Try to win lane early game for that is the only time you can do more damage than him and where he won't have as much hp or armor.
Teemo
Teemo can consistently run with his built in ghost, poison you with his auto, and blind you with his q. His q will be a struggle while trying to deal damage with a brush hop or ultimate. The way to counter is to wait for his blind to be out or gank him so that the blind isn't towards you. You must play aggressive or else he can kill you before you can get near him
Garen
Garen's silence can stop you from dealing tons of damage, and he can do tons of damage. He is easily killed early game, but beware of late game of his health, armor, and damage.
Cho'Gath
Cho'gath is very tanky late game. Take advantage of his health and armor early game. His armor and health will be so high to the point where it is hard to even damage him. He also has a knockup which can stop your ultimate and brush hop.
Alistar
Alistar has tons of armor and health late game. Use their health and armor early game as an advantage. Late game will be hard to take them down. They will also deal lots of damage if you don't take them out early game, so beware.
Amumu
Amumu has tons of armor and health late game. Use their health and armor early game as an advantage. Late game will be hard to take them down. They will also deal lots of damage if you don't take them out early game, so beware.
Gnar

Anivia's wall blocks enemies' movements which makes it very easy to deal damage with a brush hop or ultimate without the enemies running to a turret.
Riven
Riven has a ton of damage as well as a stun, which you can use to your advantage to brush hop or ultimate.
Lux
Lux can shield, as well as root, which makes it easier for you to brush hop or ultimate
Darius
