Who is Miss Fortune?
Champion Overview (from the Beta Client):
"The bigger the risk, the bigger the bounty."
Beauty and danger: There are few who can match Miss Fortune in either. One of Bilgewater's most infamous bounty hunters, she built her legend upon a swathe of bullet-riddled corpses and captured ne'er-do-wells. The booming echoes of her twin pistols in the port city's reeking wharfs and scavenger shanties are sure signs of another warrant from the Bounty Board being settled.

If you are looking for a champion with a high attack damage, Miss Fortune is definitely the champion to play with.
Early Game
Doran's blade is a good starting item for AD Carries.
Boots can be bought when you get at least 300 gold, and then after building at least one item, buy Berserker's Greaves or Boots of Swiftness, depending on the situtaion.
Late Game
Since the items are only limited to 6, you might have to sell your Doran's Blade after buying your Duskblade of Draktharr.
Example Full Build
Berserker's Greaves or Boots of Swiftness- your boots.
Youmuu's Ghostblade
Duskblade of Draktharr
Statikk Shiv
Black Cleaver
Infinity Edge
Guardian Angel This depends on you!
Disclaimer
You still have to find the items you are most comfortable using. You can always experiment by creating a custom game, or using the practice tool (available in the beta client). Every player has his/her own game strategies.
You have to go with these spells when playing Miss Fortune:
Heal
Flash
Barrier
These spells are actually the standard spells used by ADCs.
Let us discuss these spells:
(From the Beta Client): Restores 90-345 Health (depending on champion level) and grants 30% movement speed for 1 second to you and target allied champion. This healing is halved for units recently affected by Summoner Heal.
Cooldown: 240 seconds.
You can always activate your heal when:
*Your HP level is low. Not everyone likes going back to the base to restore their hp.
*When chasing after an enemy champion WITH LOW HP. (But do not overchase!)
*When you and an ally has low hp level in a clash. Make sure you give your heal to a great ally, otherwise it will only go to waste (and you will be having a 240-second breakdown).
____________________________________________________________________________________________
(From the Beta Client): Teleports your champion a short distance toward your cursor's location.
Cooldown: 300 seconds.
You can always activate your flash when:
*You want to get out of a clash.
*When you have low hp level and an enemy/ies is/are chasing you.
*When your enemy has low hp level and you want to chase after the enemy.
!!! Make sure you use your flash wisely, or else you will have to wait for the 300-second cooldown, which feels like forever.

(From the Beta Client): Barrier is a self-targeted summoner spell that shields your champion from damage for 2 seconds.
Cooldown: 180 seconds.

Let us first discuss Miss Fortune's skills:
Passive Miss Fortune deals bonus physical damage whenever she attacks a new target.
Miss Fortune fires a bullet at an enemy, damaging them and a target behind them. Both strikes can also apply Love Tap (her passive).
Miss Fortune passively gains Movement Speed when not attacked. This ability can be activated to grant bonus Attack Speed for a short duration. While it's on cooldown, Love Taps reduce the remaining cooldown of Strut.
Miss Fortune reveals an area with a flurry of bullets, dealing waves of damage to opponents and slowing them.
Miss Fortune channels a flurry of bullets into a cone in front of her, dealing large amounts of damage to enemies. Each wave of Bullet Time can critically strike.

*Max Q first- It works well for it has a bounce. If MF is positioned correctly, Q will hit a champion/minion behind the first enemy hit.
*W gives MF attack and movement speed, so it will be leveled on level 2, but will be maxed last.
*E slows down enemies, and gives damage to enemies within the area. Will be maxed after Q.
*R works best in team fights. Position MF rightly, and you might even get a pentakill with the help of her ulti. BUT be careful, for this ulti can be cut short as soon as an enemy champion or minion hits her.
