Avoid fighting udyr early.
Only scuttle if laners have prio.
You beat him late game but do not focus him.
Vi
If she misses Q you should have a free kill pre 6.
Avoid her much as you can unless have support from team.
Avoide one shotting late game, always get squishier targets.
Amumu
Abuse him early.
Avoid Q's and are relatively easy to kill early.
Avoid much as possible.
Can generally 1v1 you at any point in the game unless you are very far ahead (2 items or multiple levels).
Jarvan IV
J4 is a weird matchup but I put him at even because of his duel potential vs you but if u snowball a pretty decent lead u do relatively well against him but if you are even I wouldnt try to commit too hard to a 1v1. If hes ahead avoid him much as you can as he can do suprising amounts of burst.
Shaco
Skill matchup.
You scale faster/harder.
Avoid his boxes should be pretty free.
Nidalee
I dont see this matchup too often but all I can say is dodge her Q and it should be easy pickings. (Skill matchup)
Kha'Zix
Can do some nasty isolation damage but if u can pull off a full combo on him with you getting the first hit pre 6 you can easily save your W and soak his q damage followed by empowered Q. Most usually run by this point if you keep fighting. Once he hits 6 avoid direct duels. (key is just use w to soak q damage)
Master Yi
Pretty free matchup you can out burst hit meditate early and have lower cds and higher base dmg vs him early. If hes fed be careful and a good tip is to walk up to him with R and reveal ur self from a safe distance to see if u can either bait his meditate or bait his Q.
Zac
You do decent damage early to him but most likely he will just E away from you, if he doesnt have it try to get him low and watch out incase he tries to set up for a laner. Late game obviously dont focus him...
Rammus
Avoid at all cost.
If running from him try to get full stacks and empowered e him after he uses q-taunt or save empowered w if you have to run a shorter distance.
Hecarim
You win early pretty easily if u get first hit usually they will E away and if they commit to you save your empowered bola from combo to get away. Skill matchup depends on your experience. If hes ahead beware. And if you are ahead look at his build first, if he is squishy go to town and if not focus someone better.
Kayn
Pretty easy match up early, once he gets red form its kinda annoying to vs but you really shouldnt have an issue, if hes really healing get Mortal Reminder.
Lee Sin
Skill matchup, whoever gets jump first usually wins it. If he lands Q on you his spell vamp is pretty impactful with his shield and can beat you early. Dodging that Q is essential to win early.
Elise
Whoever gets jump on who wins it, no ferocity you're basically exposed and if you jump on her after her transform (or without her transform) its pretty free for you.
Sejuani
Can cancel your leap and with aftershock is basically unkillable shell cc you and stun you and run you down, avoid muchas u can obviously play around her. I recommend going edge of night after duskblade.
Gragas
Avoid Q.
Watch for his E before you leap.
Skill matchup.
Relatively rengar favored if bush is available.
Evelynn
Eve is at a even threat because you can stomp her early but if u dont close the game out she can get to a point of carrying hard to where u cant do anything, but you can one shot her cause your R vision so it depends on how u play the match up.
Warwick
Wait out his E if u can. Early game u should have no problem with a couple bush leaps to kill em off.
Ivern
He just locked in the champion that is gonna end up benefiting u, have fun.
Jax
You win pretty easily vs him wait out his e and you should have no problem, if he uses e i insist u jump on him for one stack and then hold your abilities to get a full rotation off with whatever you need to use.
Nocturne
Win 1v1 vs him but only off a leap you win.
If he walks up to you and you have no stacks you lose.
Pantheon
New panth is so ****, just invade and kill make sure u have prio.
Kindred
A skill matchup but you usually win this, I say that rengar wins this naturally but good kindreds will know how to kite u and make u useless.
Graves
Pretty strong 1v1 vs you if you have no bushes around and even then he can kite u pretty hard with red buff and his e. He gets surprisingly tanky/healthy to kill so i wouildnt try to one shot him unless you know your dmg
Rek'Sai
She cant really do much to you with your w you heal her burst and can win prolonged duels, dont go for one shotting her obviously she can easily knock u up. suggest edge of night after two letahlity items or one depending on ur lead.
Shyvana
She has good 1v1 vs you with some items and will take drakes pretty easily when u dont expect it, i recommend keeping vision on drag early frequently to pick her and take the drag and then early game fight her while u can to abuse her. If u get first jump your dmg should be enough to scare her off or kill her.
Early he will usually do some devistating dmg to you even if u get the first leap, once u get duskblade he shouldnt be an issue. Just be cautious not to feed him.
Dont fight pre 6 or underleveled.
Skarner
Pretty easy to kite around with bushes, save ur empowered W for his R or his Stun if needed.
If he has tri force poses more of a threat.
Karthus
Beat him early more you let him free farm and scale the worse your chances of winning are.
Orianna
Gives u shields and that ultimate with your tiamat and high burst makes for an astounding combo
Thresh
A good thresh will set things up for your fights off your ult and lets u be able to pick off enemies more forgivingly.
Sivir
Her ult with yours and your youmuus lets you do your combo and get the **** out with immense and im talking IMMENSE movement speed
Malzahar
His R locks someone down and makes the enemies want to peel so they wont even focus on you, kill the squishy while the enemy tries to deal with the malz or kill the person hes ulting if u can.

Hey im Oniikin a Rengar main playing 3 champs but Rengar mainly being my main. Im a platinum Rengar main with over 200k mastery points playing rengar since S8 mastering the art of oneshots and decision making. Ive mained jg since my start of league in S7 and have never wanted to be in any other role (even if its **** someimes). Im making this guide to share my knowledge of the champion and showing others how good one shotting feels. and here is an alt account im working on (Mayunaise is ign)
I hope you enjoy and learn a thing or two from this as ive put alot of effort into this guide to show others how to enjoy this champ to the max :).
Accs I play on top being main last being for low elo friends

Why do I play Rengar and why should you play him too
So why should you spend your time trying to play Rengar and why do I do it...
In my opinion Rengar is one of the funnest champions to play, such a unique kit with healing, damage, mobility, and crowd control. Ive played hundreds of games on this champion and can honestly say that if you take the time and play the champion over and over again not giving up on bad games and taking knowledge from your bad games instead of going off tilt. YOU WILL be rewarded for your efforts.
