Not Updated For Current Season

Erm right. This would be my first build.
Throughout this guide i will be referring to Heimzz. Hope it annoys you.
You start out with heimzz as a pretty weak character. Boots for movement make life a hell of a lot easier. And the availability of potions will allow laning for a while before each return home to pimp him further.
He is to be played defensively at first, slowly pushing forward, using missile combinations, turrets and his trusty spanner to push the lane back, eventually building a mini base outside of the opponents' towers.
Clarity; A few will say there are better spells and i know this, but it helps a lot early on. You should need to use it once every cooldown up till about level 8, and so you should do so. Use it aggressively.
Health regeneration; A few will no doubt ask WHY i have put health regen on heimzz. It is so he can stay with his turrets healing them.
Boots; i picked boots of swiftness for chasing people down and running away, the marks of insight make up for the lack of sorcerers boots. If you wish to buy the boots * 2. Do so. Movement speed is a must.
Scaling ability power > raw ability power; As the game progresses, so does your champion, as the champion progresses so do your runes. They match the initial starting out runes at level 5, and when you get UPGRADE, they keep on growing and by that point every little helps (thanks tesco).
Speed; Speed, as forementioned is an important ability for the dinger (heimzz). Its nice to run away when you and an opponent are on low hp and blast with your microrockets.
UPGRADE!!!; A highly underrated skill, heals, adds slow to turrets. Use it often as possible if a melee champion walks into your turrets line of fire for maximum effect.
Rod of ages; Nice to buy early on in the game, complete one before 20 minutes and your one happy heimzz.
Void Staff; 40% magic penetration? Kthanksobvious.
Archangels Staff; 3% of 3535 is another 100 odd ability power. Reap its goodness =)
Will of the ancients and Zhonyas Ring; You probably wont need these. Extras really.
3/4/23 WTF; Your already getting 40% spell penetration with void staff, and thats 9 points you wont spend anywhere else. Please 9/0/21 if your feeling it at the time, or would rather the extra dmg in exchange for utility.
