Skill Matchup really, just get the jump and be able to wittle her down before the ult. If the ult comes down dont be afraid, just save your CDs for after it ends.
Amumu
This is all about dodging his Bandage Toss, which is relatively easy with Dance of Arrows. Dodging that will help immensely. You can kite amumu and your Wolf's Frenzy will still attack even when ulted from him.
Cho'Gath
Dodge his skillshots and stay away from his feast.
Elise
She has a substantial amount of burst, if you don't dodge the cocoon you are dead. As well as her Repel.
Diana
Relatively easy to dodge her Q however if it does land you don't have much hope except for your ultimate. It will level the playing grounds.
Evelynn
She will counter jungle easily and has higher burst and chase, she can also escape from your slow. Just keep your ultimate ready if she's coming.
Ekko
He is relatively mobile and so are you. You both can kite. He has a stun and you don't so he can ult whenever he wants. Both ultimates save you. Easy enough. Try and bait him to use his ult onto you for a killing blow and protect yourself with your own ult.
Fiddlesticks
Fiddlesticks is usually bad against most junglers however you don't have an interrupt for his drain. be careful about it.
Fizz
He can burst you but after that his damage is relatively mediocre, keep your ult ready for his burst and level it out. Bait his invulnerability.
Gragas
He is tanky and you shred tanks, you can easily dodge his spells with your Dance of Arrows.
Jarvan IV
Dodge the knockup and you are golden, you can Q out of his Cataclysm.
Jax
He can dodge your autos and will give you a pounding as well. The only advantage is you're ranged and you can kite. However his stun and leap strike are a *****.
Karthus
easy, dodge his Qs, kill him.
Kayle
She can kite as much as you and you both have some sort of invulnerability. Bait hers out so she wastes it as you ultimate.
Kha'Zix
He has burst and chase, not too favorable. Save your ultimate for his burst.
Lee Sin
Dodge his Qs and play around ward hops and his ultimate. You can kite him enough to take him out.
Maokai
He is tanky, you shred tanks, simple as that. His Q is relatively hard to dodge as it is fast but its enough.
Master Yi
He has insane dueling potential and huge damage, save your ultimate for dueling him to level it out. However once it ends he will Alpha Strike you. You also don't have an interrupt for his Meditate. You will most likely need help for this one.
Nautilus
You can kite and shred him easily. Don't get caught in his CC though or it might end up disastrous.
Nidalee
Dodge the spears and don't step in traps, you can kite her and her pounce range for jumping over walls is about the same as your Dance of Arrows.
Nocturne
His spell shield and chase potential is pretty nasty, you won't be able to kite him too well. He also has a dive for the backline but saving your ult for this is a huge plus.
Nunu & Willump
He is tanky and doesn't output too much damage, Be careful of his constant snowball slow though.
Pantheon
He has a targeted stun and sustained damage, as well as an auto attack block which you are reliant on. Not fun.
Rammus
His taunt and massive amount of armor aren't too fun but with enough kiting he can be dealt with.
Rek'Sai
She has gap closing and sustained damage, be careful of it and attempt your kite.
Rengar
He has insane burst which you can negate with your ult, his damage output after his combo is about average which you can match. Be careful with early dueling though.
Shaco
He has an invis and a clone which are annoying however if you get your E off on him before he clones you will know which one he is. He usually goes for squishies and he is squishy so your ultimate is a big **** block for him.
Shyvana
She usually builds devourer botrk then tank, she is fast but with a frozen mallet per se you can kite her to death.
Skarner
He is incredibly fast and has a suppress plus a stun. you won't be able to do much against him. Try and not get ulted by him and save your ult for your ally who does.
Tahm Kench
Super tanky and annoying overall, hop from his Qs though, avoid his devour and you're golden.
Tryndamere
You both have abilities that prevent death however you can bait his with yours, it basically makes his useless by giving you both Tryndamere ults. He has very high damage and chase however.
Udyr
He has speed, a stun, and considerable damage. Avoid him and kite him to the best of your ability.
Vi
She can dive into you and hit you hard, you can't really kite her but you can save your ult for whoever she collapses on.
Volibear
He is very tanky and usually builds pure health, you will shred him as long as you can kite to avoid his fling.
Warwick
With a suppress, amazing duel potential, and a speedup, you can't do much against him, get help and avoid encountering him alone.
Wukong
He has a considerable amount of damage,a knockup, and a gap closer but you CAN kite him. It will be difficult.
Xin Zhao
He has a gap closer, as well as amazing duel potential. You can't kite him much, it's better to fight him with allies. He will invade you.
Ashe can't really be kited due to her longer range and consistent slow, not fun. Dodge her ult and that's the best you can do.
Caitlyn
Caitlyn has very long ranged harrass along with high damage output due to headshot. You can essentially make anyone live her ult though with your ult (Say if both of you are low so one cannot block it)
Corki
Dodge his abilities using your Q.
Draven
Draven has immense damage output, you can attempt to slow him to make him miss his axes, otherwise, harass wisely.
Ezreal
you can dodge All of his abilities with your Q and do good damage with it.
Graves
He has high burst but you can dodge his ult with your Q.
Jinx
Dodge her zap, her chompers and even her Ult with your Q, but she has sustained damage with her minigun.
Kalista
You both are masters of kiting, not the most fun you can have though as her rend offers huge burst.
Kindred
Skill Matchup
Kog'Maw
Dodge his abilities using your Q and gap close with him. He can't do much then.
Lucian
You can dodge his abilities using your Q and you can also render him rather harmless. His passive will still hurt a lot however.
Miss Fortune
You can, with good timing, Q away from her Double Up, as well as Q away from her ultimate.
Quinn
Q away from her blind and you will have a significantly higher chance of out trading her.
Sivir
Her spell shield wont do much unless she blocks your E (which is a rather difficult projectile to see) Other than that you can dodge her boomerang to reduce her damage output a lot.
Tristana
She has attack speed, gap closing, and the bomb. She can also ult you out of your own ult to kill you. A Nightmare.
Twitch
He has two steroids and long range but if you can catch him before he goes invisible he's pretty much out of it besides manfighting (which his is mediocre)
Urgot
Dodge his Corrisive Charge and his damage output is very low.
Varus
Dodge his arrows and rain of arrows to reduce his damage significantly. If he chains an ally you can move away from them quickly enough.
Vayne
She will chase you relentlessly and hit you hard, she can condemn you out of your ultimate. Be very careful.
Hey everyone I'm Rosinac and my goal is to main Kindred as she has amazing potential both raw and outplay. This is a new guide so I will be updating it often. Kindred is a relatively squishy marksman that is meant to go jungle but can play the adc role as well. With just a few stacks from her passive she can decimate health bars like no other.
Kindred Overview
Kindred Overview
Kindred excels in Kiting people as well as dealing sustained damage. She can also be a major help to your adc or mid laner with her ult which essentially makes them immune to death for a few seconds. Her ult can really level the playing field by bringing everyone low after a bad engage or beginning of a fight. Even though the devourer was nerfed, it is still a fantastic pickup on her, the attack speed has great synergy with her passive as well as the occasional phantom hit that can deal easily 20% of their current hp in damage. The alternative is warriors but her AD ratios are relatively low which aren't too appealing to the warriors.
Pros and Cons
Pros and Cons
Pros
Has good clear and sustain with her Q and W.
Can kite very well.
Has a lifesaving ultimate for anyone.
Can shred tanks with her passive alone.
Deals sustained and burst damage.
Can have a good rebound if behind.
%HP damage through passive and E
Pretty adorable
Cons
Squishy.
Can fall behind relatively easy with early game.
No hard CC, only has a slow.
Ult can affect enemies as well.
Creeping / Jungling
Creeping / Jungling
You want to consistently be using your W and Q to hop around and clear camps quicker. The movement will also charge your W's passive to heal you on autos. Always keep moving to charge it. Use your E for the tankier creeps to quickly deal chunks of damage.
Early Game
Early Game
Buy your items and start the jungle, your rotation should be a general clear of your own jungle before a back, help any lane that looks like it could need help early and possibly start yourself with an assist or kill. During your first clear it is nice to mark a random opponent to make them slightly worried they will get ganked early. Do not go for your marked camp on their side during your first clear unless you see the enemy jungler on the map away from it. Perform typical jungle duties and help out the lanes.
Mid Game
Mid Game
By now you should have your devourer, focus on building that up along with farming your stacks through enemy camps. This is a synergy due to you obtaining stacks in 2 things for one camp. Don't only focus on your devourer, help out with enemies and always go for the scuttles/Epic monsters whenever you can. Get your BOTRK and stack up. Soon you will have immense damage.
Late Game
Late Game
Late Game you will want to finish your build with the last situational item and constantly stick with your team. Take objectives whenever possible and move together. Kindred works very well with cooperative team mates. Your main goal is to keep behind the tanks, but also attack whatever you can. The runaans along with your passive will completely shred any front liners that they have. Worse comes to worse use your ult to reset or level the fight. Don't save it just for yourself, it has a decent duration and it is extremely powerful to save a tank or your mid laner, or the support (unless any of the mentioned get mindlessly caught out, even then you can use your ult to counter initiate). Shred their team, kite, peel, and lead it to victory.
