We are taking all Scaling Attack Damage runes to make sure Sion's jungle and lane clear speed stays good.

It helps a lot if you own "Warmonger Sion" because this build will encourage a war between you and your team, so you'll want to be prepared.

The masteries will give you the edge you need in killing minions and monsters more efficiently than any other player in your team.

The real deal here is "butcher" talent, which gives you health and mana back so you don't lose much health when using E.

We start with E because this build allows you to use it without losing much health.

Level W at level 2 so you don't take extra damage when going to last hit with E on.

Keep Leveling EW until level 6, which at you should level R.

Get 1 Q at level 7, then MAX E and W, Level Q last. Reason for this is because generally sion doesn't need much help in lane until level 7. With the eye skill you can gaze at your opponent and scare them, making them leave you to farm.

Remember to use R at all times when you are killing minions so you have more time to roam the jungle and lanes, allowing for higher creepscore.

Take heal in case E uses up too much health and barrier to keep up your W shield in case you are taking too much damage while using E to last hit.

First buy: long sword + pots gives edge in last hitting and getting those e stacks earlier.

Second buy: you'll want some lifesteal to compensate for the health lost on autoattack with E active on. you'll also want to be helpful to your team and whats a better way of doing that than buying zekes? boots of mobility will allow you to move between jungle and lane nicely.

blade of the ruined king makes it easy to do drake and baron. extra life steal from other items as well as better wave clear from raveneous hydra makes sure that you won't lose much health when your E active is on.

you'll always want to be at full hp to prevent yourself from ganks. this is the core idea in this build! if you are always full hp, nothing will happen to you! i guarantee it.

Your goal is to farm as much as possible. I usually go for 2000 health just from the minions killed and E stacks. it's prefered if you ks from your jungler to get a better CS. If your jungler asks why you are taking farm, say that you are behind in lane because they didn't gank. Always works 100% because everyone wants to work as a team to achieve a better end game result. with my build, the end result is always 100% guaranteed success!

so, remember to farm all game!
